Evaluations & Consultations
When evaluating a client, I focus on obtaining information from a variety of sources—significant others, family members, physicians, teachers, etc.—to best understand a client’s strengths, difficulties, relationships, and level of functioning. The purpose of these evaluations is to provide a holistic view of the person and offer practical recommendations for improving that person’s condition and welfare. My practice also offers consultation and training services for parent groups, schools, and other organizations.

payment & Reimbursement
I offer upfront information about my fees, payment options, and reimbursement so that you can feel confident when using my services
Cost per session: $200+
Sliding scale: Yes (Limited availability)
Pay by: Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal
Reimbursement: Superbills with the relevant CPT code and diagnosis (as well as other info as required or needed for out-of-network insurance reimbursement) can be provided to you for submission to your insurance. Statements can be provided for FSA/HSA or tax reimbursement purposes.
